Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our DIY roof lining kits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Shipping delays (once the item has been dispatched)
- Incorrect installation or misuse of the product
- Ordering errors made by the customer
- Custom orders — these are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded
- Certain products such as glue cans and other consumable or hazardous items cannot be returned under any circumstance, even if unopened
Please ensure you read all product descriptions carefully and follow the installation instructions provided. If you’re unsure about anything before purchasing, we’re happy to assist.
Refunds (if applicable)
In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g. for damaged or faulty items), please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be automatically returned to your original payment method. Bear in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund on their end.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description so we can review your case.
